The Hunger Type Diet draws on the latest scientific research to help you identify exactly what is driving your over-eating. Remember, you may be more than one Hunger Type, which would mean that you can combine one or more Food Plans for your Hunger Type Diet.

1 My mother was a ‘worrier’, and so am I.
2 I suffer from headaches, indigestion, fast heartbeat, IBS, panic attacks or insomnia.
